1. Shipping methods and costs.
For shipments in Italy, EU and Extra EU countries,  DISTRICT8 SRLS  uses the express courier DHL.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart and vary depending on the country of destination and quantity purchased.

Deliveries are made in 1-2 business days during office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. DISTRICT8 SRLS is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or force majeure beyond the control of DISTRICT8 SRLS.  All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to change the shipping and delivery times.

2. Custom fees.
Shipments to the following countries: Andorra, Brazil, Canada, Faroe Islands, Hong Kong, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Macau, Macedonia, Mexico, Monaco (Principality), Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA. (or any other country) may be subject to customs fees that are determined by the customs of the country of destination. DISTRICT8 SRLS  cannot foresee the amount of such expenses, which are always borne by the buyer.

3. Order tracking.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow your order.


We hope you are satisfied with your purchase; however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied and wish to return an item, DISTRICT8 SRLS offers an extended 14-day return policy for all products that have not been worn or used. You must therefore notify us of your intention to return any item within 14 days of ordering, as we will not be able to process returns received outside of this timeframe.

1. Item condition.
It is especially important to know that products must be returned in the same condition, unworn and unused, in which they were received. Returned products that show signs of wear or damage, including but not limited to creased or worn uppers and soles, will not be accepted.

2. How to return your order.
Contact customer support via email and provide your order details and the products you wish to return, after which you will be emailed with return instructions. Please note that while the products remain in your possession, you are responsible for keeping them safe and in good condition. The products must be returned safely in their original packaging.

Products that you have asked us to customize cannot be returned (e.g., with specific colors, materials, monograms). Of course, customized products can be returned if they are defective.

3. In-store returns.
Our Resellers cannot process returns or replacements for items purchased online. If you have purchased products from one of our Authorized Resellers, you will have to go directly to the point of sale and follow their return criteria.

4. Defective goods.
If you believe a product is defective, contact customer service as soon as you notice the defect, preferably before trying on the shoes. If you believe that the reported defect is the result of wear and tear or that the shoes have been worn, we cannot assume any responsibility. In most cases we will need to inspect the goods, therefore a pickup of the product will be arranged. After reviewing the product, we will contact you to discuss the appropriate solution.

5. Refunds.
Once we receive your return, we will review the items to assess their condition before issuing a refund. Any products that are not returned in the same new and unworn condition may result in a charge being deducted from the refund or may be refused altogether.

Once your refund has been authorized, you will receive an email confirming that it has been processed and the value to be credited. Costs related to any customs duties or taxes are not refundable by DISTRICT8 SRLS.

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase and in the same currency, minus any applicable return fees. It will take up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

Please note that products returned without notice may not be refunded.
